School will NOT be in session today, 1/23. We have monitoring roads all morning and feel like they have not improved enough to have school. Decision for tonight's games will be made later today. We apologize for any inconvenience and we appreciate your flexibility and patience.
Due to icy road conditions, we will run a 2 hour late start today, 1/23. We will monitor roads as the morning continues and if conditions haven't improved, school may be canceled. Bus times will be 2 hours later than normal. No Vo-Tech. FCCLA in Chillicothe has been postponed.

🏀BASKETBALL UPDATE 🏀
The game scheduled for this Wednesday, 1/24 vs Higbee has now been moved to this Thursday, 1/25. This change is due to a scheduling conflict from Higbee. Game time is 5:00 starting with 2 qtrs of JVG/B.
No school or Vo-Tech Monday, 1/22. No AMI.

Games tonight, 1/19 vs. Concordia are cancelled and will not be made up.
There will be no school or Vo-Tech tomorrow, 1/19. It will be an AMI Day. Information on the basketball games will be announced tomorrow by 1:00.
COURTWARMING UPDATE:
We will modify our Courtwarming plans to have the Courtwarming game on FEB 1 vs. Well-Nap and the Courtwarming dance will be FEB 3 with time TBD. We will rework our Spirit Days to better suit the week and those plans will come out early next week. Spirit Week will be Jan 29-Feb 2. We will accept Courtwarming t-shirt orders until Tues, 1/23.
Basketball make-up's/additions as of today, 1/18:
1/24 - HOME vs. Higbee - 5:00 start
2/12 - @ Richmond - 4:30 (tentative start)
Sophomores will attend the Vo-Tech tours at Lex-La-Ray tomorrow. Bus will leave at 12:00 and return prior to the end of school.

Courtwarming festivities have been postponed to a later date. Information on rescheduled events to be announced soon. The Basketball game vs Concordia Friday is still on as scheduled.
Good evening Hardin-Central families. As much as we want to get our students back, mother nature has other plans. The snowfall yesterday was a setback for our rural roads. Let's hope that warmer temps and sunshine tomorrow will help the road conditions. That being said, there will be no school tomorrow January 17, 2024.
