If you have any changes/end of day messages to get to your student, please email Mr. Purvis at apurvis@hardin-central.org for elementary students or Mr. Dow at wdow@hardin-central.org for MS/HS students.

VoTech students will need to be at school tomorrow by 10:40 for start of 4th Hour. VoTech will begin Wed. Bus for VoTech will leave at 7:30 Wed morning.

SENIORS, please plan on wearing or bringing your Senior shirt tomorrow!

We are open for business tomorrow! Our new parking lot/circle drive will be operational and the procedures for drop-off and pick-up have been altered slightly. Parents, if you’re exiting your vehicle to bring in students, please utilize the new parking area inside the circle drive. School personnel will be outside directing traffic the first few days. Student drivers will still be using the back parking lot. We look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow!

Tonight’s HS Football Jamboree at Braymer will begin at 6:00.

(prior alert sent had an error to some carriers) As we are still completing our circle drive project in front of our building, we are asking all patrons and parents to use the back parking lot area for tonight's Open House from 6:30-8:00 PM. Additionally for Open House this evening... We will begin at 6:30 with all families meeting in the gym for "meet the teachers" and then we will break out to individual teachers. Booster Club will be hosting Meet the Bulldogs/Aggies at 7:30 at the stadium. They will be providing hot dogs, chips, water, and cookies!

MS Football practice on FRIDAY, 8/19 will be from 3:00-4:30.

MS Fall Sports begin next week. Below is practice times: Football - 3:30-5:15 (@ H-C) Softball - 5:30-7:30 (@ Norborne, van leaves at 5:00) Cross Country - M/F 8:15-9:45, T-TH 3:00-4:30 Cheer - M 8:30-10:00, T-TH 3:30-5:00 (M/W @ H-C, T/TH @ Norborne) Students must have current physical on file to practice!

HS Fall Sports/Activities begin Monday, Aug 8. Practice time are below: Football - 6:00-9:00 am (practice @ H-C) Softball - 6:30-8:00 am (weights to follow) Cross Country - 8:15-9:45 am Cheer (MS included) - 8:30-10:00 am - practice @ Norborne M/W/F, @ H-C T/TH (cheerleaders, please be at H-C by 8:15) Band (MS included) - 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Reminder that all students need their “informed consent” document signed by their parent/guardian for the free physical day tomorrow. They will also need their MSHSAA physical form. We will have both available tomorrow as well for anyone that may have misplaced them. Physicals will be from 9-2 tomorrow, 8/1.

Also, physicals will be required for any student that is a member of the band. This is a new Bi-Law put forth by MSHSAA. A physical evaluation will be good for both sports and band. *If a student is ONLY in band and not sports, they are still required to have a physical on file.

Reminder that we will be offering FREE PHYSICALS next Monday, Aug. 1st from 9-2 in the gym. Please be sure you have all proper forms. If you need a form, please stop by the HS office.

HS Softball Camp scheduled for next week, 7/25-7/29 had been cancelled.

Football Camp for both MS & HS is next week, 7/25-7/28. HS times are 6-9 a.m. and MS times are 8-10 a.m. Camp will be at H-C.
